Alex Ferree Wins 4th At Lernerville

Sarver, PA (August 14, 2015) Another beautiful day and night graced the Sarver skies on Turner Dairy Farms Night and Don Gamble had dozens of retired drivers and several vintage race cars on hand Nostalgia Night. The Precise Late Models rolled onto the speedway first with Budweiser Points leader Alex Ferree on the pole and Jared Miley in row six, but by the time the checkered flag waved, Miley had given Ferree all he could handle en route to his fourth win of the season. Mat Williamson cruised to victory in the Diehl Mods after a mid-race restart to claim his fifth win of the season. Jack Sodeman Jr. scored an emotional win in the Peoples TWP Sprints that he dedicated to his mother whom lost her battle to cancer earlier this summer. The night came to a close the way it has so often over the past few years; with Corey McPherson in GottaRace.com Victory Lane. McPherson and Williamson are tied atop the Fab4 Fueled by Turner’s Leaderboard with $1,000 on the line and two weeks of racing left on the schedule.
