PA Thunder on the Dirt Vintage Modifieds Share the Limelight at Dog Hollow Speedway

STRONGSTOWN, PA (July 27, 2022) – The PA Thunder on the Dirt Vintage Modifieds will make their annual trek to Dog Hollow Speedway this Friday, July 29 after a big crowd and field this past week. A nice field has committed to the track so far for the Jim St. John Memorial for them. They will be joined by drivers from the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing group.
An erray of drivers include Paul St. John, John Marks, Dave Phillips, Jeff Manners, Tim Natalino, Steve Longo, Frank Senica, Gene Wrightstone, Hank Coles, Al Byerly, Dale Zimmer, Brad Paulson, Jeff Mitchell, Cody Schultz, Mark Hahn, Brad Paulson, Matt & Fred Hildenbrand, Tom Warburton and Todd Daughenbaugh.
The Subway of Downtown Clearfield Super Late Models headline the show. Michael Lake is the only repeat winner with two. Drivers garnering single wins are Gregg Satterlee, Chub Frank, Daniel Hill and Denny Fenton.
Michael Duritsky leads the way in the Townsend Gas & Oil RUSH Late Models. This will be the last chance for drivers to tune up for the RUSH Tour race next week. Duritsky has three wins with Jon Lee and Ryan Frazee one each.
The wild and entertaining Schaeffer’s Oil Pure Stocks has seen Tim Steis, Greg Blystone and Brad Benton finding victory twice each. Josh Fields took home a win in Tim Steis’ car. The action continues this week.
Shawn Hadden has won the last two weeks in the Texas Auto Ranch 4 Cylinders. Ashton Daughenbaugh has one win since the division split in two.
The Mod 4’s has made it three winners in three races. Timothy Baker and Adam Ellis each won a career first with Dylan Young winning the other.
The action continues this Friday, July 2 9, with Pits opening at 5:00 PM, Grandstands 6:00 PM and Racing at 7:30 PM.
