Steel City Stampede Closes Out 2022 ULMS Season At Lernerville

The 2022 Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series conclude swith a return visit to Lernerville Speedway Steel City Stampede.
The action begins Thursday night, October 13 with practice for all classes that will be competing during the weekend. Pits open at 11am with practice beginning at 7pm until 9pm. Pit passes are $35.
Friday, October 14 will see the Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series in action beginning with Integra Shock Qualifying along with qualifying heat events for ULMS and all the other competing divisions. Pits open at 11am, with registration and tech opening at 2pm. Integra Shock Qualifying will begin at 7pm followed by all qualifying heats at 7:30pm. General admission ticket prices are $20 with pit passes are $40.
The Steel City Stampede concludes on Saturday, October 15 with consolation events to determine the final qualifying spots in the $3500 to win 30 lap main event. Pits open at 10AM with on track action beginning at 4pm. General admission ticket prices are $25 with pit passes are $50.
Jared Miley has wrapped up his second Zimmers Service Center United Late Model Series title in his career and Colton Flinner will grab the Chew on This Jerky Rookie of The Year title. A very solid field of cars are expected to be on hand for the Steel City Stampede with the previous two events at Lernerville this year seeing car counts in the low 30s.
Series rules will be in play with ULMS tire rule of Hoosier 1300 or American Racer 44 or harder. Lernerville Speedway uses the mylaps transponder for all timing and scoring. Weight rule is 2300 for all entries and 2200# for all steel block motor competitors. Droop rule will be in effect for the weekend and the track raceiver is 454.000. Entry fee is $50 for all ULMS competitors.
