((Franklin, Pennsylvania)):

It’s another double-down weekend at Tri-City Raceway Park. So far this season, Max Blair in the Late Models, Rex King Jr. in the Big Block Modifieds, and Bobby Whitling have been the drivers to beat, each winning two of the three races held thus far.

Friday, May 30, will be an exciting night of racing at the Venango County Track, with four divisions competing. The Fea Flicker LLC Super Late Models are paying $3,500 to the winner.

The excitement doesn’t stop there: The 21st Century Energy Group Big Block Modifieds will take home $2,500, and the Shawgo Real Estate Pro Stocks will pay $1,000 for first place. The Rush Stock Car winner will collect $500.

The action will wrap up on Sunday night with the highly anticipated annual Western Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek show, since Tyler Beicher revived the Sprint Speedweek, there’s been three different winners in four years. The race was rained out last year, in 2023 Mark Smith won, 2022 AJ Flick celebrated in victory lane and 2021 Bradley Howard was victorious. There should be plenty of drivers trying to add their name to the winners list. Some expected to be attendance, Ricky Peterson Jr, who has a win at Tri City Raceway Park this year along with Flick, Tim Shaffer, Dale Blaney, Brandon Spithaler, Cody Bova, Michael Bauer, Logan McCandless and Matt Farnham, plus several more drivers.

The Allegheny Sprint Tour 305′ will also be racing and the Complete Car Care Center Rush Sprint Cars.
