The stars and cars of the FAST On Dirt series will roll into the home turf of the Gladiator Sprint Tour Saturday night for the Pete Smith Memorial at Skyline Speedway. Tyler Gunn, the current FAST point leader, will lead John Jerich, Tyler Esh, Jonah Aumend and Ricky Peterson into battle against the weekend warriors of the Gladiator Sprint Tour, led by Kory Crabtree. With a pair of wins and a pair of runner-ups to his credit already, Crabtree is poised to defend the home turf with Bryan Nuckles, Danny Smith, Josh Davis, Brianna Lawson and Casey Smith ready to back him up.

All gates will open at 4 pm on Saturday with the driver meeting set for 6 pm. Hot laps will begin at 6:30 with time trials at 7. Adult general admission is $20 with kids 10 and under free. Pit passes will be $40. Joining the FAST/GST 410 sprint cars will be the late models, modifieds and sport mods.

For competing teams, all cars must be on 4 corner Hoosier Tires. The right rear must be a spec D15A, H15 or Medium and the left rears must be a D12A or H12. Wings must be flat top with maximum 2″ wicker bill. We will be using the yellow Westhold transponders and Raceiver radios are mandatory at all times cars are under power. As always, there are no membership fees with FAST/GST and NO MUFFLERS required. The special payout for Saturday is as follows: 4000, 2000, 1500, 1200, 1000, 800, 700, 700, 650, 600, 580, 560, 515, 495, 485, 475, 450, 450, 450, 450. Through some hard work by the race organizer, several bonuses have been added AND heat race money has been doubled! Heat races will now pay 80, 60, 40, 20 to the top 4 finishers with the help of Ti22 Performance, JLT Enterprises, All Pro Aluminum Cylinder Heads and Helms & Sons Construction. The first 2 non-transfers in the B Main will earn $350 with all B Main starters getting $250.

Information for Saturday, May 30 BOSS at Montpelier Motor Speedway

The Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series is set to roll into Montpelier Motor Speedway this Saturday, May 30th for the first of two 2026 appearances at the Indiana bullring. Pit gates will open at 3 pm with general admission gates opening at 4. Hot laps are set for 6 pm with racing at 7. Adult general admission is $18 with kids 12 and under free. Pit passes are $30. Joining the BOSS traditional sprint cars will be the modifieds, street stocks and hornets.

For competing teams, all cars must be on 4 corner Hoosier Tires. Right rear tires must be the Medium, D15A or H15. We will be using the yellow Westhold transponders. All drivers must have a working raceiver at all times cars are under power. The payout for Montpelier BOSS is as follows: 2000, 1000, 750, 650, 550, 500, 450, 425, 400, 375, 350, 340, 330, 320, 310, 300, 300, 300, 300, 300. B-Main tow money is $100. Heat races will pay 40, 30, 20, 10 thanks to help from MPD Racing, Signs by Trey, All Pro Aluminum Cylinder Heads and Poske’s Performance Parts. The feature winner will get a free Hoosier tire certificate. Bonus awards for hard luck and hard charger will pay $50 each thanks to Outsider’s Merchandise & Apparel and E A Home Supply.
