Monroe Center, OH (July 18, 2025) By Marc Hoegerl: The humidity dropped but Raceway 7’s racing remained hot, as familiar faces would christen Raceway 7’s victory lane, etching night #3 in the books of the 2025 racing season.

First feature up would be the Evergreen Lake Park Campground RUSH Crate Late Models. Saegertown, PA’s reigning Raceway 7 track champion Billy Henry would go coast to coast in the 20 lap a-main to capture his first Raceway 7 Evergreen Park Lake Campground feature of the season. This would be Henry’s 9th career win in the division at Raceway 7. Seneca, PA youngster Logen Lockhart would close the gap in the late stages of the event, but would have to settle for 2nd. 2024 feature winner Ashton Briggs was 3rd, 2021 track champion Breyton Santee was 4th, as Logan Stockdale would round out the top 5.

Albion, PA’s Alexis Vogt would hit her marks, and hold off the challenges of Joe Campbell throughout the 12 lap showcase to claim her first 21st Century Mini Stock feature of 2025. Campbell who was a two time winner in 2024 would have to settle for second, Raceway 7 regular Mike Barr was 3rd, Zach Downs came from the tail after bringing out a caution just before the midway point to finish 4th, and Lake County, Ohio’s Andy Richards would round out the events top 5.

Fowler, OH’s Jake Eucker would show total dominance in the 15 lap Lakeview Econo Mod main event. Eucker would survive the caution marred event to nail down his second Raceway 7 Lakeview Ford Econo Mod accolade of the season. With the win Eucker moves into second on Raceway 7’s Lakeview Ford Econo Mod all-time winners list with his 14th career feature win, placing Eucker only five wins behind 2012 track champion Brandon Blackshear who currently sits at the top of the list.

Previous week’s winner Bryson “The Thrill” Hill would bring home 2nd, George Vestal would continue showing his muscle finishing 3rd, Eriez Speedway’s track champion Steve Simon was 4th, and Raceway 7’s most improved racer of 2024 Zack Eller was 5th.

Festival City’s Chas Wolbert would show once again why he’s the man to beat in Raceway 7’s Bonnell’s Truck & RV RUSH Modified competition. Wolbert would track down early leader Leo McGurrin, and make the winning pass on lap 8 to go the rest of the distance unscathed to pick up his third consecutive Bonnell’s Truck & RV Raceway 7 win of 25.’With the win Wolbert would remain unbeaten in Raceway 7’s 2025 feature competition. McGurrin with his best finish of the season would earn the bridesmaid spot, Central PA’s Todd English would secure 3rd, JC Boyer was 4th, and Karston King with his best run of the 25’ was 5th.

The familiar Jet Black, Cobalt Blue and Vegas Gold #42 of “The Northcoast Nitemare” Nate Young would blister the stout field of Campbell’s Mini Storage UMP Modifieds to grab his first Raceway 7 feature triumph of 2025. This would be Young’s 17th career Raceway 7 feature win in the class, putting Young only one win behind regional standout Dave Hess Jr. and former track champion Todd Roncaglione. Previous week’s winner and multi track champion Joel Watson would finish 2nd 4.037 seconds behind the winner. Cranesville’s Josh McDonald who would bring out the events first caution would muscle his way through the field from the tail to finish 3rd. Brandon Grossman with his best run of the 2025 campaign was 4th, as Thompson’s Nate Arp with an impressive outing, finishing 5th.

It would be the Evergreen Lake Park Campground RUSH Crate Late Models make-up feature from June 13th in the evening’s nightcap. Earlier nights’s winner Billy Henry, in a dominating fashion, would go back-to-back on the evening to score his second consecutive Raceway 7 Evergreen Lake Park Campground RUSH Crate Late Model feature conquest of the season. With the win “The Conneautville Crusher” would surpass Hall of Famer Dick Barton on Raceway 7’s Evergreen Lake Park Campgrounds RUSH Crate Late Models all-time winners list with his 10th career feature victory in the class. Breyton Santee would finally break away from a three car battle to finish 2nd, as Logen Lockhart, Logan Stockdale, and Jeff Watson would round out the top 5.
