(Middlebourne, WV) Ladies and Gents’ brace yourself for four straight nights of intense Renegade of Dirt Modified Tour action like you’ve never seen it before! The tours finest are at it again and when the guys and gals of the East’s elite series return to action the wicked warriors of open wheel will reconvene on four different dirt ovals in three different states during the extended June 13th-16th weekend. The grueling no holds barred four night task will challenge the regions best ‘mavericks of the mud’ to an all out duel on the dirt for a twelve hundred dollar top prize each evening and the ultimate title as the 2013 Speedweek Champion, the prestigious and hard fought honor up for grabs. On top of the great excitement of four straight nights will also be a new challenge for racers outside the current top ten in Renegade of Dirt point standings who try and out duel the East’s elite hotshoes. An extra $500 ‘bounty’ is on the line to participate and gun down the likes of Morehouse, Aukland, Wisecarver, Hartman, Kinkade, Strickler, D1ckson, Cook, D1ckson, and Watson each night. Sound easy eh? Well these gunslingers visit victory lane on a near weekly basis from New York clear down to North Carolina and travel the roads regularly in search for the highest rewards. The wickedest throttle stompers this side of the Mississippi make this task as tough as they come! For the Renegades they will be laying it all on the line to ensure they keep that from happening, if they do the top five in points after the weekend will each score an extra $100 additional funds to go with their four night earnings.

When the weekend gets underway for the resuming 2013 “Breaking Ground” tour its journey will continue where racers will return the the ¼ mile Bullring for the second time on the season where fifty eight participants last signed in for a shot at the tours history breaking “Let It Ride 55” just weeks ago that saw Nick Hoffman best the tours regulars for a $7555 payday. Memorial Day weekends big show has set the stage for a ‘curtain call’ from the action packed Renegade of Dirt Modified tour on Thursday June 13th. The Tyler County Speedway will also continue to play host to history with the 25th running of the Earl Hill Memorial a $4,000 to win Super Late Model show as the first stop of the Icon Memorial Tour Late Model Speedweek.

The tour will then travel to the Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, OH for the first time in 2013 after its original scheduled trip was rained out in early April. Last years 2012 Renegade of Dirt Champion Bobby Kitchen dominated the Renegades past trip to the facility in sealing the tours inaugural championship for the 2Brother Motorsports team last fall. When the Renegades roll into town you can bet the action will heat up for modified supremacy at the ‘racey’ 3/8 mile dirt oval, with the some of the areas/countries best expected to be in attendance on Friday June 14th. Fans will also be treated to a $4,000 to win Super Late Model show during the weekend as the annual “Freedom Fighters 40” awaits eager 800+ horsepower full fender participants.

On June 15th, racers will then be greeted to another first, the Renegades of Dirt Modified Tour will journey to the Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway and participate on the monster ½ mile Imperial, PA based facility for crucial tour points on night #3 of the Duel on Dirt Speedweek and Icon Memorial Tour. The speedway is rich in tradition as one of the Ohio Valley’s all-time greats and has witnessed fifty seven different modified race winners since 1992, including a season high of thirteen by veteran racer Larry Kugel.

Lastly, the tour will return to the West Virginia Motor Speedway for second time in 2013 on Sunday June 16th for an epic speedweek finale battle. The spectacular conclusion of four straight nights will culminate into a last battle at the 4/10’s mile ‘Speedplant’ that is sure to produce a full night of adrenaline pumping speed when the Renegade tour combines with the Icon Tour Super Late Model division as they too settle their weekend champion at the Mineral Wells, WV based dirt oval. Regularly reaching speeds of 100mph race fans adorning the fan friendly terraced hillside will be treated to a sequel of the great action like they witnessed upon the tours first ever visit back in April.

“We have some of the finest and most professional race teams in the country right here in the Ohio Valley” stated Cody Watson. “This will give them an opportunity to run a four night “DUEL” to slug it out for ultimate bragging rights and allow us to showcase their talent to four facilities and three different states over the weekend. Lots of our area racers eye parts of the country that are running four and five nights a week during the summer and longed for that opportunity, therefore we wanted to give that unique feel and experience to our Eastern racers and are excited to make that happen in 2013” concluded Watson.
