American Modified Series To Invade Moler Raceway Park Friday April 11

Glasgow, KY-April 6, 2014- The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will present its third event of the 2014 racing season on Friday April 11 at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, OH. The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series open-wheel warriors main event will be 30 laps in distance and pay $1,500 to win and $200 to start.

The trip for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series to Moler Raceway Park will mark the tour’s seventh trip to the Buckeye State racing facility. Defending series champion Bryan Barber of Greensburg, KY was victorious in the tour’s only visit to Moler Raceway Park in 2013. Other series winners in past visits to Moler Raceway Park include Joey Kramer of Hanover, IN (twice in 2012), Barber and Michael England of Glasgow, KY in 2011, and John Demoss of Bloomington, IN in 2010.

The 2014 Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will compete at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg, OH on Friday April 11. The event will feature the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B-Mains, and the 30 lap, $1,500 to win/$200 to start A-Main. Other divisions joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series at Moler Raceway Park on Friday April 11 will be the track’s Mt. Orab Ford Late Models, Crazy Compacts, Chevettes, and Sport Mods.

Activities for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series event at Moler Raceway Park on Friday April 11 will see the pit area and general admission area open at 4:30 p.m. The drivers meeting will take place at 6:45 p.m., with practice starting at 7:00 p.m., followed immediately by time trials and green flag racing. All times listed are Eastern Time. Ticket prices for the event at Moler Raceway Park in the general admission area will be $15 for adults, while a pit pass will be $30.
