Colton climbs his way to the top in DIEHL Supers. Colton Flinner led all the way in his Mark Flinner prepared Rocket for his career first Super Late Model victory. Colton beat two of the hottest drivers in Western PA as Alex Ferree dogged Flinner the entire way, waiting for the bobble he would never see. Flinner drove a flawless race over Alex Ferree, Jared Miley, Uncle John Flinner, Ed Ferree, and Ben Miley. Flinner was greeted by a host of family and friends as they celebrated a victory over some very victorious racers. Colton is in the club with the 5 double digit PPMS winners & Super Late Model Champions who followed him, a PPMS Super Late Model feature winner!

The Reft Racing Team, father-Jeff, son-Mike have smelled victory many times this season, then something goes wrong. Not on this night, Mike Reft put the 9R out front on lap 4 and never looked back, an imitation of the old 9C you later days for guest crew member Uncle Nube, as the 9R checked out over a cluster of 2015 feature winners who followed him. It has been a season of hard work and perseverance that resulted in Reft beating 6th starting Holtgraver and eighth starter C.Flinner, Schirnhofer, and Policz…all 2015 RUSH LM winners!

PENN OHIO PRO STOCK SERIES $1,000 to in $100 tow Sportsman Showdown at PPMS

$1,000 Checkered flag waves on the Maestro of Sportsman Racing, Chris Schneider #55, in second PENN OHIO Pro Stock Series event at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. Schneider had things go his way for a change at PPMS, leading all 20 laps conducting his victory over the 31 car field which whittled down to 26 that started the feature. Todd Weldon charged from 8th to second and fans wondered if he had anything for Schneider. Weldon got a shot at Schneider with a restart on lap 18, but Schneider had him covered on this night. Several drivers improved many positions to crack the top ten in the star studded field. All drivers were eligible for $100 to start or $100 tow money. Miley Motor Sports would like to thank the teams of the PENN OHIO Series for excellent participation and some great racing at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway in 2015.
