Patriot 200 and Fireworks Sunday At The Bullring

Spend the 4th of July weekend at the Tyler County Speedway as a double dose of mayhem, motorsports and patriotism will see the ‘Bullring’ hosting two nights of action on Saturday and Sunday July 2-3rd.

SATURDAY, JULY 2ND KINGS OF KARNAGE II
Join us Saturday Night, July 2nd as the Tyler County Speedway will present Kings of Karnage II. The Hometown Racing Association will welcome back the car crunching stars of the Kings of Karnage as destruction will be served up with metal mashing demolition derbies and exciting thrill a minute figure 8 racing presented by Thomas Motorsports. Be sure to bring the family and enjoy an evening of smashin’ and crashin’ the likes of only the Kings of Karnage can present. A $500 to win Full Size Derby along with $500 to win Full Size Figure 8 will see the big car behemoths battle it out in the infield of the ‘Bullring’. Along with the Full Size cars, the Compacts will be squaring off in a matching $400 to win Demolition Derby and Figure 8 Race. Zach Travis of Pennsboro, WV is the reigning ‘King’, who will be crowned ‘King II’ on Saturday Night, July 2nd? A fun filled family oriented night at the ‘Bullring’ as a ‘Kings of Karnage’ pre event autograph session will welcome families onto the speedway to grab their picture and autograph of their favorite. The ‘Kids of Karnage’ will also be front in center as the first Kids Power Wheels Derby will get the youth involved as the young tikes try to be just like mom and dad (trophies for all participants provided by the Tyler County Speedway)! Gates open at 4pm, with show starting at 7, general admission is just $10, with kids 10 and under free and pit pricing is $20. SUNDAY, JULY 3RD INAUGURAL PATRIOT 200
A can’t miss event at the inaugural Patriot 200 will highlight the Independence Day Weekend at the ‘Bullring’ with a special Sunday Night, July 3rd edition of racing action. Join us as the Hometown Racing Association presents a unique fan friendly format featuring 10 divisions, 10 feature events and 200 feature laps plus 1 giant fireworks extravaganza at the inaugural Patriot 200. A plethora of the regions best weekend warriors will convene on the ‘Bullring’ as we celebrate our Independence with a bang! Two divisions of late models will highlight the card as the Steel Block Late Models and the FASTRAK Late Models will each battle in separate $800 to win shows. A four division show of open wheel racers will take to the highbanks as the AMRA Modifieds square off for $800 to win while the EDGE Hotmods, Modlites and AMRA Sportmods will shoot it out for $500 to win each. Plus don’t miss the return of the Pure Stocks as they battle for the $500 top prize along with the $300 to win 4 Cylinder main event plus MWRA Mini Wedges. Will start up to 26 cars in each class if more we will run double features. Cars will be lined up by qualifications with each class drawing heads up, invert 4 or 6 pill for feature. Gates open at 4, with MWRA Mini Wedges getting underway at 6:30, hotlaps/qualifying at 7, features at 8, with fireworks at 10pm.
