RJ Conley Sweeps 4th Annual Buckeye Dirt Week Finale At PRP

PORTSMOUTH, OH – RJ Conley of Wheelersburg, Ohio scored the victory in the fifth and final round of the 4th Annual Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week co-sanctioned by the ULTIMATE Mid-Ohio Valley / Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series Saturday August 4th at Portsmouth Raceway Park located in Portsmouth, Ohio for a event paying $5,000 to win. Eddie Carrier Jr, Jared Hawkins, Rod Conley, and Ryan Montgomery rounded out the top five finishers.

The $5,000 victory was Conley’s third career win with the ULTIMATE Mid-Ohio Valley / Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series Regions along with his third win with the Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week Tour.

Jared Hawkins set fast time in VP Racing Fuels qualifying with a time of 14.628 seconds. Heat race winners included Rod Conley, Eddie Carrier Jr, and Duane Chamberlain. Audie Swartz was the B-Main winner. Michael Maresca picked up the Fast Dash win.
