Over $33,000 Up For Grabs This Weekend With FASTRAK East Coast Rumble

CARNESVILLE, GA – The FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance returns to action this weekend with the 4th Annual FASTRAK East Coast Rumble, which has become a Labor Day Weekend tradition. The weekend begins at Beckley Motorsports Park on Friday, August 31 with a $2,000 to win feature that will also serve as the finale for the 14th Annual FASTRAK Triple Crown. Saturday night, the series will head north to Tyler County Speedway for another $2,000 to win event. The East Coast Rumble will conclude at Wythe Raceway on Sunday night with the 15th Annual Pro Late Model Nationals, paying $3,000 to win. The winner of the 4th Annual FASTRAK East Coast Rumble will be presented with a Championship Belt on the front stretch at Wythe Raceway. The total purse for the weekend is over $33,000 for the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance.

Each race of the 4th Annual FASTRAK East Coast Rumble will count as two races for FASTRAK members attempting to reach the seven-race minimum for the FASTRAK World Challenge. The FASTRAK World Challenge is set for September 14th and is a $5,000 to win members only event. The following night is the FASTRAK World Championship, paying $20,000 to win.

The winner of each race of the East Coast Rumble will receive a $100 product certificate from Swift Springs. One driver will take home a case of Hi Performance Motor Oil from VP Racing Lubricants, the fastest overall qualifier will draw a finishing position that will receive the case. At Beckley Motorsports Park the driver who advances the most positions in the feature will receive $100 from Basey’s Site Work, LLC.

Matthew Nance currently leads the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance standings. Brett Hamm sits in second, with Ross Bailes, Corey Almond, and Rookie of the Year leader Brad Basey rounding out the top five.
