Weigle Memorial, Bike Giveaway & Jam The Stands $6 Tickets This Saturday At Tyler County Speedway

(Middlebourne, WV) After last Saturdays rain out, the Tyler County Speedway hopes to bounce back into action this Saturday Night, July 29th. A huge night is scheduled as the ‘Bullring’ will host the 5th Annual Bud Weigle Memorial paying $1,500 to win for Super Lates and $1,000 to win for the AMRA Modifieds and trophies in all classes.

Never a dull moment at the regions best motorsports venue as not only will the Tyler County Speedway honor a former speedway icon with the running of the Weigle Memorial but that is just the tip of the promotional iceberg. How about ‘Jam the Stands’ $6 Fan Appreciation Night, Mega Kids Bike Giveaway, Mid-Summer Manufacturers Night for the drivers, Double Points on the line and trophies in all classes. All in one night as we kick off the 55th Annual Tyler County Fair.

Always a special night at the ‘Bullring’ as we honor Bud Weigle. Along with many others, he was instrumental in the building, opening and promoting of the Tyler County Speedway. A family man most importantly, he was a servant of Tyler County much of his life in many ways including many boards, committees and associations and served as Tyler County Commissioner for more than 20 years. His love of the Tyler County Speedway and Tyler County Fair were undeniable and what better way to kick off the 55th Annual Tyler County Fair than with the 5th Annual Bud Weigle Memorial.

$6 Jam the Stands Fan Appreciation Night- Always looking for fan friendly ideas to showcase the Tyler County Speedway to new fans, the Hometown Racing Association is pleased to offer a 50% discount on ‘Jam the Stands’ Night. $6 will get you a seat to the best racing in the region.

Kids Bicycle Giveaway- Help us spread some joy to all the young race fans in attendance as the Tyler County Speedway presents their annual Kids Bicycle Giveaway. We encourage race teams and sponsors to bring a bike to our Saturday Night, July 29th event as we give some new wheels to the next generation of racers and fans.

Mid-Summer Manufacturers Night – Thanks to the Hometown Racing Association along with many fine track sponsors such as Gear 2 Graphics, Poske Performance Parts, Jenkins Auto Parts, Schaeffer Oil, Hoosier Racing Tires many great prizes will be given away to the areas best racers.

Double Points Night- As mother nature continues to chip away at the season pivotal double points will be on the line this weekend during the 5th Annual Bud Weigle Memorial.

Tyler County Speedway is located 3 ½ miles south of Middlebourne, WV on State Route 18 at the Tyler County Fairgrounds approximately an hour from Wheeling, Clarksburg & Parkersburg.
