The 2022 Season For Waynesfield Raceway Park Will See At Least Five Events

WAYNESFIELD, Ohio – The 2022 season for Waynesfield Raceway Park will see at least five events.
It all kicks off Saturday, April 2 with winged 410 sprints, the Ohio Logistics National Racing Alliance (NRA) 360 sprints and the USAC D2 Thunder Midgets in action.


“The Field” will return to action on Sunday, May 1 with the FloRacing All Star Circuit of Champions followed by the MPD Racing Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (BOSS) non-wing sprints along with winged 410 sprints, 360 sprints and the USAC D2 Thunder Midgets on May 29.


The All Stars return to Waynesfield for Night #7 of the Ohio Sprint Speedway on Thursday, June 16 for the traditional Rick Ferkel Classic.


The 13th Annual Jack Hewitt Classic will hit the Waynesfield high-banks on Sunday, July 3 with the BOSS sprints and the Ti22 Performance FAST winged 410 sprints.


Waynesfield Promoter Shane Helms indicated more dates could be added and other classes such as the modifieds and 305 sprints could be added to the shows already planned.


“We will continue to work with other area tracks and series to make sure race teams have opportunities to compete for good purses and fans get to see great racing at Waynesfield.
