Racers In Christ And Carter Resources Add To Fred Dillow Memorial Late Model Purse

IRONTON, OH (August 8, 2014) Racers In Christ, based out of Ashland, KY, and Carter Resources of Ceredo, WV, have added to the purse for the 20th Annual Fred Dillow Memorial Race coming up August 16th at Portsmouth Raceway Park.
The late model main event will now pay $350 to start and $500 has been added to the late model B-Main to non-transfer positions.

The Fred Dillow Memorial Race is based on adding bonus money throughout the field and by Racers In Christ and Carter Resources adding start money to the A-Main and increasing the payoff for non-transfer positions of the late model B-Main, it gives more drivers the opportunity to win more cash. The family of Fred Dillow is excited about having this added to the late model purse and would like to thank Racers In Christ and Carter Resources for making this possible!

This year’s Fred Dillow Memorial Race has 66 sponsors and late models will pay $5,000 to win, Modifieds will pay $1,000 to win, Limited Late Models will pay $830 to win and Bombers will pay $600 to win. There is also cash bonuses in all four divisions throughout the field.

Other bonuses include Bozo’s Just Give Me One Lap pays $1,077 for late model fast time; Sgt. Tim Moore Late Model Dash pays $233 sponsored by Graphic Impressions; Impact RaceGear Late Model Heats pay $83 to win. Ryan Pfunk Potter Late Model Halfway Leader Award pays $700 but will increase by the night of the race and the Late Model Hard Charger, In Memory of Roger Salyers pays $200, plus much more!
